Members of the International Olympic Committee will be in Vancouver this week for their latest check-up on VANOC. The three-day working session will be the fifth visit by the international ‘Coordination Commission’ team since Vancouver won its bid for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in 2003.
VANOC will be providing the Commission (led by René Fasel) with an update on Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games preparations to date. The IOC will report its findings in Vancouver on Thursday.
