Most of the Olympic Athlete’s Village condos have been sold
Some camped out for five days. More than 80% of the first batch of Vancouver’s Olympic Athlete’s Village condos have now been snapped up.
According to the Vancouver Courier, most of the buyers are local and most of the interest came from addresses on the Westside.
The units were mostly priced between $600,000 and $3.4 million. The cheapest is still available. $489,000 will get you a 574 square foot space in Millenium Water.
